• Fasting session records and history
• Category preferences (what you choose to abstain from)
• Urge logs and notes during fasting sessions
• Difficulty ratings and personal reflections
• Willpower points and level progress
• Streak data and statistics
• App settings and preferences
• Surprise fast configurations

This data remains entirely on your device and under your control. If you delete the app or use the "Clear All Data" feature, this data will be permanently removed.

No Account Required

Abstain does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the app. You can start building your willpower immediately without registration.

No Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data, fasting records, or usage patterns to external servers. Your willpower journey is completely private.

Local Notifications

Abstain may send local notifications to your device for:

• Surprise fast challenges (if enabled)
• Fasting session reminders
• Completion celebrations

These notifications are generated and managed entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.
